We can discuss product and packaging customization for office tea, tea gift boxes, ceramic teaware, cultural gifts and festive assortments.

How are minimum quantities and lead times confirmed?

They depend on the product, process, quantity and delivery city. Please include your preferred date in your inquiry.

How do I confirm pricing and delivery?

Products are quoted on request according to specifications, quantities and packaging needs. Payment and delivery are agreed between both parties; online payment is not currently available.

Do the images match the actual products?

Website images include original brand photographs and illustrative scenes. Packaging, colors and contents are subject to the confirmed product and agreed plan.
